From the North (via the A1/A19)
Leave the A1 at junction with the A689 heading towards Sedgefield and Hartlepool. Join the A19 Southbound. Leave the A19 on the A66 (Eastbound) signposted Middlesbrough.

From the South (via the A1/A19)
Take the A168 at Dishforth Aerodrome (signposted Thirsk/Teesside) to join the A19 Northbound. Leave the A19 on the A66 (Eastbound) signposted Middlesbrough.

From the West (via the A66)
Direct to Middlesbrough.

Leave the A66 at signpost to Middlesbrough Centre/St. Hilda's. At flyover/roundabout take the first exit. Then take the second left into Metz Bridge Road. Take the next left into Riverside Park Road. Turn left after 0.9 miles into Barton Road where TWI North East is located.
